Health & Safety Compliance
We operate in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 including EH40 Workplace Exposure Limits.
Our safety management system includes:
- Documented Risk Assessments (RA)
- COSHH Assessments for ozone use
- Safe Systems of Work for all treatments
All work is carried out with strict adherence to UK workplace exposure guidance and best practice standards.
Safe Ozone Application
Ozone is a powerful oxidising agent and is used responsibly under controlled conditions.
Our safety procedures include:
- Treatments conducted only in unoccupied spaces
- Clear warning signage and restricted access
- Controlled ozone generation based on room volume and treatment requirements
- Mandatory ventilation and safe re-entry procedures
- Use of appropriate PPE where required, including gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection
These controls allow us to deliver effective ozone treatment while protecting our clients, occupants and technicians throughout the treatment process.
All technicians receive training in the selection, correct use and limitations of personal protective equipment (PPE) as part of our ongoing competence and safety programme.
Insurance & Risk Protection
PrimeSphere holds Public Liability Insurance with cover up to £5 million, providing protection for a range of treatment-related risks, subject to policy terms and conditions.
