Environmental Responsibility & Sustainability Policy

Purpose

PrimeSphere recognises that responsible environmental management forms an important part of delivering professional ozone treatment services. Whilst the nature of our work is focused on improving indoor environments, we also recognise our responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of our own operations wherever reasonably practicable.

This policy outlines the principles and commitments that guide PrimeSphere’s environmental management and supports our wider commitment to operating safely, ethically and responsibly.

Scope

This policy applies to all activities undertaken by PrimeSphere, including treatment planning, service delivery, administration, procurement and business operations.

Our Environmental Commitments

PrimeSphere is committed to:

  • operating responsibly and in accordance with applicable environmental legislation;
  • continually reviewing working practices to improve environmental performance;
  • promoting environmentally responsible working practices wherever reasonably practicable;
  • encouraging clients to address the root causes of environmental contamination rather than relying solely on remedial treatments;
  • supporting responsible resource management throughout our operations.

Sustainable Working Practices

To minimise our environmental impact, PrimeSphere aims to:

  • reduce unnecessary travel through effective route planning;
  • minimise paper usage by using electronic documentation wherever appropriate;
  • maintain equipment to support safe and efficient operation;
  • use materials responsibly and avoid unnecessary waste;
  • recycle office materials wherever practical.

Responsible Use of Ozone

Ozone treatment is undertaken only where appropriate following professional assessment.

PrimeSphere is committed to:

  • following documented Standard Operating Procedures;
  • implementing appropriate safety controls;
  • ensuring controlled ventilation before reoccupation;
  • providing clear guidance to clients regarding treatment and safe re-entry.

Continual Improvement

Environmental responsibility is incorporated into PrimeSphere’s continual improvement process.

Operational experience, client feedback and developments in professional guidance are periodically reviewed to identify opportunities for improving environmental performance and operational efficiency.

The Owner & Lead Technician is responsible for:

  • implementing this policy;
  • reviewing environmental performance;
  • maintaining compliance with relevant legislation;
