PrimeSphere – Pure Air Solutions is committed to conducting its business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. Although, as a sole trader business, PrimeSphere is not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the business fully supports the principles of the Act and adopts a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and exploitation.
PrimeSphere recognises that modern slavery can occur in many forms, including forced labour, compulsory labour, servitude, debt bondage and human trafficking. Such practices are fundamentally incompatible with the values and professional standards upon which the business operates.
PrimeSphere provides professional environmental air quality and controlled ozone treatment services to commercial, healthcare, hospitality, residential and vehicle sectors throughout the United Kingdom.
The business currently operates as a sole trader with no employees and maintains a straightforward supply chain consisting primarily of reputable UK-based suppliers of equipment, consumables and professional services.
PrimeSphere expects suppliers, contractors and professional service providers to operate in accordance with all applicable employment, human rights and health and safety legislation. Where concerns regarding unethical practices arise, appropriate enquiries will be made and business relationships reviewed where necessary.
PrimeSphere is committed to:
Given the size and nature of the business, PrimeSphere’s supply chain is relatively limited. Where reasonably practicable, suppliers are selected based upon their professionalism, reputation and commitment to legal and ethical business practices.
Should any concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical labour practices arise, PrimeSphere will review the relationship and take appropriate action where necessary.
Responsibility for implementing this statement rests with the Owner and Lead Technician, who is responsible for ensuring that business activities are undertaken in accordance with the ethical standards set out within this document.
This statement will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner where there are significant changes to the business, its operations or applicable legislation.
